Step 1: Access Your HubSpot Portal

If you don't have a HubSpot account yet, sign up on the HubSpot website. Once your portal is ready, log in as a super admin user.

Step 2: Create a Private App Access Token

In HubSpot, open Settings, then Integrations and Private Apps. Create an app with read scopes for contacts, companies and deals, then copy the private access token it generates.

Step 3: Connect HubSpot in Euphoria

Open Settings in Euphoria, choose Integrations and select HubSpot. Paste the access token, confirm your portal ID and click Connect. Contacts and deals start syncing right away.

Step 4: Map Deals, Companies & Contacts

Match HubSpot companies and contacts to customers in Euphoria, then map closed-won deals to invoices. Line items, amounts and close dates carry over, so your finance team can bill new customers without re-typing any sales information again.

Step 5: Test the Integration

Move a test deal to Closed Won in HubSpot and run a sync. Confirm a draft invoice appears in Euphoria with the right company, amount and line items before switching it on.

Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)

Choose which deal pipelines and stages trigger invoices, set a sync interval and decide whether payment status should be written back to HubSpot as a custom deal property for sales.
