Step 1: Access Your Notion Workspace

If you don't have a Notion account yet, sign up on the Notion website. Once your workspace is ready, log in as a workspace owner or admin.

Step 2: Create an Internal Integration Token

In Notion, open Settings, then Connections and Develop integrations. Create a new internal integration for Euphoria and copy the secret token it generates for your workspace.

Step 3: Connect Notion in Euphoria

Open Settings in Euphoria, choose Integrations and select Notion. Paste the token, then share the databases you want to sync with the Euphoria integration from inside Notion.

Step 4: Map Databases & Properties

Choose the Notion databases Euphoria should use, such as budgets, vendors or project costs. Match each property, like amount, owner, status and date, to its field in Euphoria so reports and documents stay consistent across both tools.

Step 5: Test the Integration

Add a test row to a shared Notion database and run a sync. Confirm the record appears in Euphoria with the right values, then update it in Notion to check that edits sync too.

Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)

Pick a sync frequency, decide whether Euphoria should write totals back to Notion and choose which team members can see synced pages. Unshare a database to stop syncing it.
