Step 1: Access Your Slack Workspace
If your team doesn't use Slack yet, create a workspace on the Slack website. Once it's ready, log in with an account that can install apps.
Step 2: Install the Euphoria App for Slack
Slack uses OAuth to add apps safely. From Euphoria you'll be redirected to Slack, where you choose the workspace and allow the app to post messages and read basic profiles.
Step 3: Connect Slack in Euphoria Settings
In Euphoria, open Settings, choose Integrations and click Connect on Slack. Approve the install, pick a default channel for finance updates and you will be sent back to Euphoria.
Step 4: Map Users, Channels & Notifications
Match Slack users to team members in Euphoria so approval requests reach the right person. Assign channels to alert types, such as bill approvals, expense reports and low cash balances, so every update lands where your team works.
Step 5: Test the Integration
Send a test notification from Euphoria and check that it arrives in the chosen channel. Try approving a sample expense directly from Slack to confirm actions sync back correctly.
Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)
Set quiet hours, choose a daily or weekly cash summary and decide which approvals can be completed from Slack. You can remove the app from your workspace whenever you like.
