Step 1: Access Your Salesforce Org
If you don't have a Salesforce account yet, sign up on the Salesforce website. Once your org is set up, log in as a system administrator.
Step 2: Approve the Salesforce Connected App
Salesforce connects through a secure connected app. You'll be asked to sign in and approve access to accounts, opportunities and contacts, with no passwords stored in Euphoria.
Step 3: Configure Salesforce in Euphoria
Go to Settings in Euphoria, open Integrations and click Connect on Salesforce. Choose production or sandbox, sign in, approve access and Euphoria will start reading your records.
Step 4: Map Accounts, Opportunities & Products
Link Salesforce accounts to customers in Euphoria and map closed opportunities to invoices. Match products and price books to your revenue accounts so every booking flows into billing and reporting without manual copying or spreadsheets.
Step 5: Test the Integration
Connect a sandbox first if you have one, close a test opportunity and run a sync. Check that the customer, amount and products appear correctly in Euphoria before going live.
Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)
Choose which opportunity stages create invoices, set a sync interval and decide whether invoice and payment status should be written back to the matching Salesforce record.
