Step 1: Access Your QuickBooks Account

If you don't have a QuickBooks Online account yet, visit the Intuit website and sign up. Once your company file is ready, log in with your details.

Step 2: Approve the Intuit OAuth Connection

QuickBooks links through Intuit's secure sign-in. When you start the connection, Euphoria opens an Intuit window where you approve access to your accounting data with one click.

Step 3: Configure QuickBooks in Euphoria

Go to Settings in Euphoria, open Integrations and select QuickBooks. Sign in with Intuit, choose the company you want to connect and confirm. The first import begins automatically.

Step 4: Map Customers, Vendors & Accounts

Pair your QuickBooks customers, vendors, classes and income or expense accounts with the matching fields in Euphoria. Accurate mapping keeps invoices, bills and payments categorised correctly and saves hours of manual clean-up at month end.

Step 5: Test the Integration

Record a small test expense in QuickBooks and sync it to Euphoria. Confirm the vendor, category and amount are correct, then delete the test entry once everything looks right.

Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)

Choose a sync schedule, decide whether Euphoria should push approved bills back to QuickBooks and select who gets notified about errors. Settings can be changed whenever you need.
