Step 1: Access Your Xero Organisation

If you don't have a Xero account yet, head to the Xero website and start a free trial. Once you're set up, log in and select your organisation.

Step 2: Authorise Euphoria with Xero OAuth

Xero uses a secure OAuth connection rather than a manual key. From Euphoria you'll be redirected to Xero to approve access, so you only grant the permissions the sync needs.

Step 3: Connect Xero in Euphoria Settings

In Euphoria, open Settings, choose Integrations and click Connect next to Xero. Approve the request in Xero, pick your organisation and you'll be sent straight back to Euphoria.

Step 4: Map Accounts, Contacts & Tax Rates

Match your Xero chart of accounts, tracking categories and tax rates to the matching fields in Euphoria. Link contacts and bank accounts too, so bills, invoices and payments land in the correct ledger every time they sync across.

Step 5: Run a Test Sync

Create a draft invoice in Xero and trigger a manual sync from Euphoria. Check that the amount, contact and account code all match, then fix any mapping gaps before going live.

Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)

Set how often Euphoria pulls data from Xero, choose which organisations to include and turn on alerts for failed syncs. You can pause or disconnect the integration at any time.
